The Women Inclusion Program 2026 is designed to:

5. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) or equivalent qualification

• Academic background in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or related disciplines

• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institution

• Minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 or 60% marks (or equivalent)

• Maximum age limit: 27 years (as of the advertisement date)

• Both entry-level and experienced female candidates are encouraged to apply
