  • Qualification Required: MBBS or BDS with a postgraduate degree in clinical subjects, Public Health, or Health Management from PM&DC/HEC recognized institutes. The postgraduate qualification is essential.

  • Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates with experience in healthcare quality assurance, hospital accreditation, or regulatory inspections will be preferred.

  • Sargodha: Covering central Punjab districts

    Internal Experts form the core inspection workforce of PHC. They conduct on-site evaluations of healthcare facilities, prepare detailed reports, and ensure that standards are being met.   • Qualification Required: MBBS or BDS degree duly recognized by PM&DC. No postgraduate qualification is mandatory for these positions, making them accessible to a wider pool of medical graduates.

  • Experience Required: Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience. This experience can be in clinical practice, hospital management, or public health programs.

  • Lahore: The provincial capital and largest city, with hundreds of healthcare establishments

  • Sargodha: Central Punjab region

  • Gujranwala: Industrial heartland

  1. Assistant Advisor (Inspections) – Lahore

  • Contract Type: Fixed term/Short-term Contract on Lump Sum Basis

This position supports the inspections department at PHC's Head Office. The Assistant Advisor helps develop inspection methodologies, trains inspection teams, analyzes inspection data, and advises on policy improvements. It is a blend of technical expertise and administrative support.

  • Qualification Required: Candidates have two acceptable educational pathways:

  • MBBS or BDS degree, OR

Deputy Directors (PMU) are deployed to all divisional headquarters to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with PHC's strategic goals.   • Qualification Required: MBBS or BDS with a postgraduate degree in clinical subjects, Public Health, or Health Management from recognized institutes.

  • Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably including project management exposure in the healthcare sector.

    Location: All divisional headquarters across Punjab, including but not limited to Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, DG Khan, and Sahiwal.

  1. Surveyors – Multiple Locations Across Punjab

  • Contract Type: Fixed term/Short-term Contract on Lump Sum Basis

    Surveyors are the front-line data collectors for PHC's research and assessment activities. They visit healthcare establishments, conduct surveys using standardized tools, and gather critical information that informs PHC's policies and interventions. This is an excellent entry-level position for young doctors interested in public health and healthcare regulation.

  • Qualification Required: MBBS or BDS from PM&DC recognized institutes. No postgraduate qualification required.

  • Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience. This can include clinical practice, community health work, or research experience.

    Location: Positions available across Punjab. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively within their assigned districts.

  • For position Sr. # 6 (Surveyors): Download the challan form and deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/-

    Follow the instructions on the challan form carefully. Payment can be made at designated bank branches. Keep the paid challan safe as you will need to scan it.

Step 3: Submit Online Application

Complete the online application form on the PHC website before the deadline. You will be required to upload:

  • Scanned copy of the paid challan form (mandatory)

  • Your CV

  • Scanned copies of educational degrees and certificates

  • Scanned copy of PM&DC registration

  • Experience certificates

  • CNIC copy

Special Instructions for Government Employees
