3. Available Vacancies: Qualifications, Experience & Details

We are seeking qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals for the following roles. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria regarding education, PEC/PCATP registration, and years of experience.

1. Additional Director / SE (Development)

• Education: B.E. Civil (Mandatory). An M.S. or PMP certification is strongly preferred.

• Experience: 15 to 20 years of proven experience in infrastructure development projects.

• Target Candidates: Senior Civil professionals, or retired Lt Col from the Army Corps of Engineers. Candidates with prior experience in urban or industrial park development will be given preference.

• Certification: Must be a registered engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

• Role: Overseeing mega-development works, ensuring quality control, and leading the engineering team.

2. Deputy Director / XEN (W&T)

• Education: B.E. Civil (Mandatory). M.S. or PMP is preferred.

• Experience: 10 to 15 years in the planning, contracting, and control of development works.

• Target Candidates: Civil professionals or retired Major (Army Corps of Engineers). Preference for candidates with urban/industrial park experience and sound knowledge of PEC, FIDIC, and PEPRA rules.

• Certification: Must be registered with PEC.

• Role: Managing contracts, planning project timelines, and executing development strategies.

3. Deputy Director / XEN (Electrical)

• Education: BE Electrical (Mandatory). An MS in Electrical is preferred.

• Experience: 10 to 15 years in the planning, design, testing, and execution of mega electrical infrastructure.

• Technical Skills: Strong command of the latest engineering software and a thorough understanding of NEPRA regulations.

• Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in DISCOs, EHT transmission networks, and grid stations will be prioritized.

• Certification: Must be registered with PEC.

• Role: Handling high-voltage transmission, grid station management, and electrical infrastructure for the industrial park.

4. Assistant XEN / Town Planner (Town Planning & Building Control)

• Education: B.CRP (City & Regional Planning) mandatory. M.CRP or an M.S in GIS is a plus.

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in Urban & Regional Planning.

• Certification: Must be registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP).

• Role: Managing building control, land use planning, and GIS mapping for the industrial zone.

5. CAD Operator

• Education: DAE (Civil) or a specialized diploma in Auto CAD.

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

• Technical Skills: Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other modeling software. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret and prepare Architectural, Structural, and MEP engineering drawings.

• Role: Creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models for the development team.

6. Office Superintendent

• Education: BA / Intermediate.

• Experience: 10 to 15 years as an Office Superintendent in a reputable organization. Civil professionals or retired JCOs are encouraged to apply.

• Skills: Manage daily correspondence, maintain updated records, and proficient in MS Office.

• Role: Supervising office administration, document control, and workflow distribution.

7. Upper Divisional Clerk (UDC)

• Education: Matric (Mandatory). Intermediate or BA is preferred.

• Experience: 5 to 10 years as UDC in a reputable organization. Civil professionals or retired NCOs are encouraged to apply.

• Skills: Proficient in MS Office with experience managing daily correspondence and record-keeping.

• Role: Providing clerical support, managing files, and handling data entry.
