2. Manager Procurement & Contracts

   The success of infrastructure projects depends heavily on efficient procurement and robust contracts. This role requires a bachelor's degree in civil/environmental engineering, Procurement and Contracts, or an LLM/LLB with specific exposure to construction contracts. Candidates need a minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in construction, coupled with working knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions. The role involves tendering, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

3. Planning Engineer

   Project controls are vital for timely delivery. The Planning Engineer must hold a bachelor's in civil engineering, preferably with a specialization in Project/Construction Management. With 5 years of experience as a Planning or Project Controls Engineer on water, sewerage, drainage, or treatment works, the candidate will be responsible for multi-discipline scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.

4. Assistant Manager Procurement

   Supporting the procurement function, this role requires a bachelor's degree in the relevant fields and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Knowledge of FIDIC is again essential. The assistant will help prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and manage procurement records.

5. Assistant Manager Finance

   Project finance is different from standard corporate finance. This role requires an ACCA, BBA, or MBA in Finance with 3 years of experience specifically in construction or project finance. Duties include budgeting, cashflow forecasting, cost control, and monthly reporting for multi-project portfolios.

6. Quantity Surveyor

   This technical role requires a Diploma in Associate Engineering (Civil) with a hefty 8 years of experience. The QS will handle cost estimation, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tendering processes, and quantity surveying for water supply, sewerage, drainage, and pipeline works.

7. Draftsman

   The draftsman requires a bachelor's degree or DAE in Civil/Architecture, with AutoCAD certification strongly preferred. With 3 years of experience, the candidate must be proficient in preparing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, working closely with engineers and consultants.

8. Civil/Environmental Engineers (Interns)

   Fresh graduates from reputed universities are encouraged to apply for internship positions. This is an entry point into the infrastructure sector, offering hands-on experience on live projects.

• Finance, HR, Admin, and Support Roles

1. Manager Finance

   This role demands an ACCA, BBA, or MBA in Finance with 5 years of experience in construction or project finance. Responsibilities include budgeting, cashflow management, cost control, and financial reporting across multiple projects.

2. Manager Admin & HR

   A bachelor's degree in HR or Management is required, along with 5 years of experience managing administration and HR in multi-site construction environments. At least 2-3 years must be in a managerial role. Notably, retired Army officers will be given preference for this position due to their experience in logistics and personnel management.

3. Project Coordinator

   With a bachelor's in civil engineering and 3 years of experience coordinating water, sewerage, drainage, or pipeline projects, this role acts as a bridge between the field and the office, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.

4. Assistant Manager Contracts

   This role requires a bachelor's in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or LLB/LLM with construction contract exposure. With 3 years of experience and working knowledge of FIDIC, the assistant will support contract administration and claims management.

5. Assistant Manager Accounts

   An ACCA, BBA, or MBA in Finance with 3 years of experience in managing payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledgers within construction or project environments.

6. Admin Officer

   A bachelor's degree in management/administration with 2 years of experience in administration for project offices or multi-site operations. This role supports the daily operational needs of the office and sites.

7. IT Officer

   A Bachelor's in IT or Computer Science with 2 years of experience providing IT support in multi-site organizations. Experience in construction or project environments is preferred.

8. Support Staff

   The company is also hiring for essential support roles including a receptionist (bachelor's degree with good communication skills), Office Boys, Drivers, Guards, and Janitors/Sweepers, each requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
