1. Available Vacancies

Weights & Measures Department, Government of Sindh is looking to fill the following positions based in Karachi. Candidates must possess a valid domicile of Sindh and have cleared the Graduation Test conducted by the IBA Sukkur Testing Service.

1. Data Processing Assistant

• Pay Scale: BPS-12

• Number of Posts: 08

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years

• Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / B.Sc. Degree (at least Second Division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

  • Must have three years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

  • OR an equivalent degree with six months of certified training in MS Office.

  • Candidates must have cleared the IBA Sukkur Testing Service Graduation test with minimum 40% marks.

2. Computer Operator

• Pay Scale: BPS-12

• Number of Posts: 03

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years

• Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / B.Sc. Degree (at least Second Division) from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Must possess three years of relevant work experience.

  • OR an equivalent degree accompanied by a six-month certified training course in MS Office.

  • Candidates must have cleared the IBA Sukkur Testing Service Graduation test with minimum 40% marks.

3. Junior Clerk

• Pay Scale: BPS-11

• Number of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years

• Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate) with at least a "C" Grade from a recognized board of education.

  • Must have completed a short course in MS Office.

  • Must possess a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM).

2. General Terms and Conditions
