6. Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• B.E. (Civil) at least 2nd Division from a university recognized by HEC and registered with PEC, OR

• 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil) from an institute recognized by Sindh Board of Technical Education, OR

• B.Tech (Hons) in Civil (at least 2nd Division) from a recognized university and registered as Engineer (where applicable).
