🎓 Qualification Requirements

Candidates must meet the following academic criteria:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in:

  • Human Resource Management

  • Business Administration

  • Public Administration

  • Social Sciences

• Degree must be from a reputable HEC-recognized national or international institution

• Preferably:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field

  • International qualifications

💼 Experience Requirements

• At least 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience
