1. Additional Director Administration / Security

• Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

  • Preference will be given to candidates with at least 15 years of experience in senior managerial or leadership roles

  Qualification:

  • Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university in any of the following disciplines:

    • Public Administration

    • Business Administration

    • Management Sciences

    • Security Management or related fields

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall supervision of administrative and security functions

  • Development and implementation of administrative and security policies

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks

  • Oversee campus safety, emergency response systems, and risk management

  • Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

2. Additional Director Academic / HRM

• Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

  • Preference for candidates having 15 years of experience in academic leadership or HR management

  Qualification:

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead academic planning, curriculum development, and quality assurance

  • Manage faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluation

  • Supervise academic operations, examinations, and compliance matters

3. Deputy Director Finance

• Professional Experience:

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage budgets and financial plans

  • Monitor cash flow, procurement, and vendor payments

6. Terms & Conditions

• Appointments will initially be on contract basis

• Contract period: 2 years (extendable based on performance)
