6. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

• Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CIA, or equivalent will be preferred.

• Experience

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in internal audit or risk management.

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within a bank or financial institution.

• Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Knowledge of banking regulations and audit standards.

• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.

• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
